BREAKING
Breaking is more than a dance style, it's a culture. Students learn the foundational elements of B-boy and B-girl movement including toprock, freezes, and power moves, while developing musicality, creativity, and confidence on the floor.
HIP HOP & POPPING
Hip Hop dance is one of the most influential art forms in the world, and we teach it with the respect it deserves. Within that same culture lives one of its disciplines: Popping. Rooted in the funk era of California, popping challenges dancers to master muscle contractions, isolations, and illusions.
BALLET & JAZZ
Ballet is the foundation beneath every great dancer. At Rockwell, our ballet classes introduce students to the fundamental principles of technique and artistry. Jazz dance is where technique comes alive, full of energy, rhythm, and showmanship
MUSICAL THEATRE
At Rockwell, our Musical Theatre classes blend the technical precision of ballet, the performance energy of jazz, and the expressive storytelling of vocal and dramatic arts into one dynamic discipline. Students learn how to embody a character, interpret a song, and bring a story to life through movement.
